Originating from Vuelta del Gigante, a region starting at 1900 masl, in the Cañas Verdes farm of Hacienda La Esmeralda. This washed processed coffee was depulped the same day of harvest and was cool fermented for two days. After fermentation, the coffee was taken to dry on raised beds under the protection of the wind tunnel.
