Originating from Vuelta del Gigante, a region starting at 1900 masl, in the Cañas Verdes farm of Hacienda La Esmeralda. This natural processed coffee was floated and then set out to dry in cherry at the indoor climate-controlled drying facility. The climate-controlled drying allows the coffee to reach ideal humidity with humidity and temperature control and constant airflow.
