The Aguacate lot is located at 1,900 masl, in Elida Estate. Located entirely within the Barú Volcano National Park (BVNP), the most biodiverse coffee region of Boquete, this lot benefits from a unique and rare terroir that is ideal for growing Geisha.
This washed Geisha is harvested in the morning pulped followed by hand-washing. The coffee is then dried in our climate-controlled Dark Room Drying (DRD) facility, where humidity and temperature are closely monitored to ensure a slow and even drying process.
Resting for this lot began in March 2025, preserving complexity, florality, and structure
