| Coffee Story: | From the El Velo farm, this Laurina lot is cultivated on the northern slope of Volcán Barú at 1,800 masl. It underwent pre-drying, followed by anaerobic fermentation in cold conditions, and finished with climate-controlled drying. Thanks to ideal growing conditions and meticulous processing, this lot earned first place in the Varietals category at the Best of Panama. |
